This is a great PBX if you want to call over VoiP and a normal PSTN telephone line. It has many advanced features such as music on hold, internal phone numbers, voicemail and more. It's ideal for a home office or a small or medium business. Larger organizations could use it too because it's scalable. Everytime you need more phone lines or extensions you can add another PBX module to a chain of them which can be very cost effective for a growing business. This PBX is particularly useful if you use The HOB Office Manager because this program has software integration capabilities which will enable you to call contacts directly from the application using a softphone which integrates with the PBX and allows you to keep records of phone conversations with the contact details as well as make free calls to coworkers and others from anywhere in the world.Ofcourse you can also use your desktop SIP phone with the PBX
