The GXV3005 biedt eenvoudige methode voor face to face communicatie.Hij is ideaal voor multi-media omgevingen, het virtuele kantoor en allel IP video communicatie behoeften van zakelijke of prive gebruikers.De GXV3005 heeft een 5.6 inch TFTP verstelbaar LCD scherm, een VGA camera die vrijwel alle beeldhoeken toestaat en biedt ondersteuning voor real time video van hoge kwaliteit (tot 30 frames per seconde) over de H.264/H.263 videostandaard bij bandbreedtes van 32kbps tot 1Mbps. Het toestel heeft een extra FXO/PSTN poort die het mogelijk maakt om naast over VoiP ook over PSTN te bellen. De PSTN lijn biedt een extra zekerheid en backuplijn naast video communicatie over het IP netwerk.
